Neighbors across street just removed the wood portions of their fence and are installing (as i guessed/hoped) black ‘iron’ ones. I suspect for the holiday. Halloween on my street is, i think, about to get good.

Well, seems a much more involved project than most people would do for a holiday… so me thinks maybe this is a permanent fence replacement instead… still… its festive. 🙂
