I am so very sick of having to re-ask my tech support question three times before the damn customer service rep gives me an answer that relates to the question i’m asking.     Hello, my FTP is broken and won’t let me connect.   I’ll be happy to help you FTP in… this is how you FTP into your account.    No, i know that already.  My problem is it keeps timing out when I connect, look at that trace log I attached in the fist place…

What is really annoying, is that having spent so much time on their side of that fence… i’m one of the better customers seeking tech support.    I provide things like What I’m trying to accomplish, what my expected result is, what my actual result is, and steps to reproduce the behavior.      How they can still misinterpret my issue is limited pretty much to laziness or outright illeteracy.
