NASA’s IRVE-3 inflatable heat shield technology demonstration hypersonic test flight is on track for launch this morning from NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia.  The launch is expected between 7 and 8 a.m. EDT (11 a.m. – noon GMT).  The launch will be carried live on NASA TV and streamed over the Web at http://www.nasa.gov/ntv More about IRVE-3 at http://www.nasa.gov/hiad
