What’s funny about this.

What’s funny about this… I know first hand of at least one major technology company that would donate its otherwise for-pay software to schools… except they fear Apple getting its panties in a bunch and suing them for encroaching into ‘their area.’

It’s really time for that to stop.    I think its a disservice to students to get exposure to one OS and not all of them.    I’m kinda stoked to see Linux in a school, as this article is all about.   Windows always seemed to dominate it outside of elementary school wherever I went.   Unless you were in the yearbook room, where they had Macs.

I think it would be great if everyone graduating were equally as comfortable in any OS environment they might find at their future place of employ.
