Thanks for screwing me out of more money DMV. Nice to know all those things you did to inconvenience me, so you could shave some money off your budget is now something I get to pay a convenience fee for.
3 bucks or three hours. I guarantee those three hours will cost the state more then it does me, so I guess that’s what I do to protest.
