Credit, where credit is due… In my department, it isn’t uncommon to include a piece of clip-art or something to ‘celebrate our successes’ when we solve some problem together over email/messaging… sending me a pic of fireworks, that also happens to be local (to me) fireworks is something I declare noteworthy.
