If you can’t afford an animal, don’t adopt one. (I actually think it’s a little on the conservative side, if you take care of your pets with healthy food and enough insurance.)

Plus little dogs probably get more treats and toys! Smaller dogs do not equate with less “spoilage” by their owners. 🙂
