  1. I’m with James Cingle…..I would have assumed being in Nevada that it sees tropical climates. Is it because it’s near mountains? This is a mind boggler to me. lol

  4. It can (and has) snowed in every single month of the year here. The only month I’ve personally not witnessed was August because I was out of town when it did.   But no, this is not typical snow-season.

  7. Sarah R Reno, as it has been explained to me, is at a higher elevation and consequently is weird weather-wise.

Also, I’m not wearing a jacket if it’s above zero.

And Brian Workman, if it’s not 15+, it’s still too cold out. 🙂

  13. HAHA! Touche. I’ll get back to you in a year about Trudeau, though. Who knows, maybe I’ll choose the weather over the boyish good looks 🙂

  16. It’s Reno.  We really only have two seasons here: summer, which usually starts in July, and winter, which usually starts around Halloween.  If we’re lucky, we might get a week or two of spring / fall somewhere in there (not necessarily directly in between summer and winter).
